Physical products - books, calendars and wallcharts - are despatched once per week (usually on a Wednesday) via your chosen Royal Mail Tracked service. You will receive tracking info from Royal Mail once despatched.

Digital products - online courses, growing guides, knowledge packs and e-publications - can be accessed through your account on the website. Please log in using your email address and they will be on your dashboard.
