I have a small farm in Wheelock, Texas, and stumbled upon the Charles Dowding website, surfing for organic/chemical free methods of gardening.
I have been working on a plot in my pasture, but wanted to create a small demonstration plot to grow vegs I had started from seed, that were ready to plant in the ground, way before the big garden was ready.
The photo shows the small plot I created, laying down first cardboard and paper livestock feed sacks, and then a good 4 inch layer of composted goat manure/pine shaving litter.
Also, in my search for reliable, durable seed starting pots, discovered the containerwise Charles Dowding Module Trays and ordered them from All About the Garden, here in the US.
I enjoy all the videos on YouTube, have learned alot and have a lot more to learn.
