
The garden has been developing since the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The first plants were planted.
The garden is located in mainly sandy soil, so a significant amount of organic matter, such as straw, grass clippings, sawdust, leaves, and sometimes manure, is added annually.
The garden is supported by technological solutions using off-grid solar energy, which helps maintain the water cycle.
We try to plant many perennials and some annuals so that we can eat something year-round.
